See What I Hear? Episode 129

In episode 129 Dylan, Allan & Madam Producer wish you a Happy Easter. Several times as it turned out. They land on some “groovy tunes” & spotlight a fairly recent album. Allan decides to air some grievances for some reason and promises a full report on Dylans reaction to the solar eclipse. He also fails to name the get away artist again. Oh well!

  1. Needed some laughs today and listening to you air some grievances but, in a nice happy way, provided them. Probably listened five times and still think that first song sounds like Bob Dylan. Good show. Hard to pick out my favorite part but the album spotlight might edge out the first set. I also hope everyone had a nice Easter and is ready for nice weather.

  2. Good show!

Really enjoyed the Eclipse theme….that solar eclipse was indeed glorious!

Interesting Album Spotlight…they could indeed play, and had a real interesting sound.

Thank You for your thoughts about that preposterous Rolling Stone list of “best” guitarists. I had the misfortune to read that list, and I honestly wish that I hadn’t.
Who they included , and who they omitted….is just plain buffoonery.

To back up your point….I had the pleasure of seeing Yngwie Malmsteen live. I was 10 feet away from him, and that man did things on that Fender Stratocaster that I have never seen any other human being do. No matter what you think of his music, there is no denying his groundbreaking and God given talent. To say he isn’t one or the top 500 guitarists…?

Yeah…okay. Rolling Stone… you’re not a serious publication, and enjoy your path to
    oblivion.

    Happy Spring to everyone!

  3. Good episode!

I have to agree with CW… I would’ve bet money that that first song was Bob Dylan. Wow!

Loved the upbeat theme of the show!

Hope everyone had a good Easter!
