Really enjoyed this Episode…
Starting any show with the Bangles is just fine with me…catchy songs are catchy songs, right?
Cool Bob Dylan song, and I really enjoyed the Album Spotlight. Praying Mantis had this legendary New Wave of British Heavy Metal debut album, then abruptly changed their sound to more of a melodic, hard rock. And looking at their long career it worked out well for them, especially in Europe.
Set Three is usually my favorite set, and as a guitar player a trio of songs featuring Vito Bratta, Leslie West, and Ronnie Montrose was right up my alley. Three very underrated players right there, in a row. Good stuff…
